Exchange and Return Policy
Customers have the right to request an exchange or return of products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must not be opened, used, damaged, or tampered with in its packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
Exceptions: Direct skin-contact items, such as underwear, are excluded from standard returns and are subject to the specific regulations and timeframes in accordance with applicable laws in the State of Kuwait.
